Just needed a place to sleep on a long layover. The space I had was good for one person, it was a little smaller than i thought it would be. The gentleman that helped with the booking was fantastic; he was very thorough with his directions. It was a very short Uber ride to and from the airport.

It's a great place to stay in Milan. It's near touristic places, metro and train stations. There are lots of places to eat nearby and also a good grocery store. Giulio is very kind and helpful.

The property was nicely remodeled to provide all contemporary amenities like elevator, AC, shower, bidet, etc. Walls and ceiling were painted a la old Italian masters, it was very nice touch and made good impression.

Locanda is beautiful. Our train was delayed so we arrived well after the witching hour of 7pm, but our host was sympathetic. Unfortunately we had to leave first thing in the morning so we couldn't try the breakfast. The place is not easy to find - especially in the dark. It's round a corner in Melzo St and you probably need a mobile to get in. For the tiny minority of s who are mobile free zones, life becomes increasingly more difficult...

La Locanda del Pino is a B&B located in a nice area of Milan, surrounded by some beautiful residencial buildings; Viennese style (?). The furniture resembles italian antique. My room was big, well furnished, and the private bathroom was also large. Some toiletry is provided. The room is kept clean, daily. The room has a very conveniente expresso machine, with cartridges, and otker breakfast items are provided. In case of needed help, Giulio is at the front desk. Most of the time. Subway station: Porta Venezia at less tnan 5 min walking.

Property is located at a premium location. One can reach in 10 mnts from Milano Centrale via Metro. There are multiple restaurants at walking distance. Duomo and Via MonteNapolione are 10 mnts walk from the property. It's a vintage property nicely done with all facilities. Most importantly the host Giulio is a fantastic host. He is super helpful and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place in Milan. I was travelling with my wife so this place is very couple friendly.

A Great Stay at La Locanda
I loved my stay at La Locanda. Easy to find, close to lots of food and transit options, and the interior is really cool. Giulio was really efficient in assisting me with checking in and super kind in greeting me when I arrived and helping me find my way around. I'd definitely stay here again and I recommend others to do the same.

The property was in a good area, not too far from center, making a nice walk. Guido our host was very helpful and kind. He gave us great tips about the city and things to do and also left us check out late. The room was pretty big and there was coffee and snacks.

We're sorry, but it's not the property's fault that we couldn't accommodate it. it is written in the agreements to contact us for the check in time as we do not have a reception.This is not a hotel but a b & b ..Moreover, both with the email and the reference telephone was not traceable so at 19:30 the reception closed.We have a sign outside with a cell phone to contact us, but we have not received any calls except on our answering machine at the landline number. We tried to contact her the next day on the new number you issued us asking for a refund which was promptly executed.

Overall wonderful experience. Giulio was wonderful and very friendly and accommodating. The one thing I wish I had known was that there is a fee for a check-in after 7:30 pm. Perhaps it was in the fine print. However I do not regret staying here—it is quaint and a perfect location. I would stay here again.

You can do better than this for the cost!
This B&B is in a convenient location, and the room was clean, but that's about all I can say for it, given the price point. You can do better, in Milan, for how much this place costs. Most crucial: it's basically a 4 or 5 room pod hotel--there technically are windows, but they have an opaque glazing and so admit little to no natural light, and you can't see out of them. The owner was friendly, but most of the time there is no employee on premises (except for one afternoon, when there was a cluster of young people at the front desk for several hours. Did they work there? I don't know. They didn't greet us as we squeezed past them through the narrow entry way). When it was time to check out, there were no employees around. We finally had to text the owner to find out where to leave our keys. There isn't the security or peace of mind of a hotel, or the comfort of staying in an actual apartment through airbnb. If this bnb cost 50 euros a night, that would be one thing--but it's way overpriced for the space and experience on offer.

The hotel is bed and breakfast. There is noone there past 1 pm. TV impossible to operate. Room for one person extremely small. Has basement feel with small windows. Bathroom is weird and hard to navigate. Overpriced .

Sorry, just for information... the single room is for one person smallER compared to a double! The price is significantly lower than the prices in the area that range from 100,00 to 250,00 euros! I believe that 80.00 euros including breakfast is a great price! Regards
