Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Very comfortable bed and shower. Morning breakfast was excellent with many fresh offerings. They will even cook you custom eggs! Very quaint and cute. We would definitely stay here again!

Good location for Linate Airport
This hotel is in a great location if you want to go to both central Milan and Linate Airport since it is a 5 minute walk from the Dateo Station and the M4 train which goes to both. Nice room, great breakfast and service. I felt safe there as a single woman as there is a front desk with 24 hour service

Love this property. The outdoor area is wonderful. Very enjoyable to sit outside for breakfast. It made my first morning in Italy. The room is clean. It has everything we need. Very nice local neighborhood. Quite and feel safe to walk around at night.

Beautiful and quaint boutique style hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. Quiet area but only 6 mins to the tram stop for central Milan. We will definitely return. Thank you for a lovely stay !!

Amazing Service!
We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed longer. We had amazing service - starting with help bringing in all our large luggage, check-in, dinner suggestions, and bring us coffee for our early morning check out. The room so so nice and quite large! We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel staff are amazing. We retuned there for one night having left our suitcases behind for two days. Not only was our room ready but our luggage was already in the room It felt Like going back home.

Like living in Milan
Wonderful small hotel in a primarily residential neighborhood plenty of restaurants nearby. Within Easy walking distance of the Duomo and center but also easy to walk to Porto Venezia. Very convenient if flying into Linate the Tricolore metro stop is a few blocks away. What makes this hotel a stand out for me was the exceptional and hospitable staff. Bravo

Milan visit
Very clean and beautiful hotel. Wonderful attentive staff. We loved the patio under the shady trees for breakfast. This is not a complaint but a suggestion. The bathroom lighting need to illuminate your face, not light up your hair.

There is no parking with this hotel, as they advertise. Kindly, as we were only there one night they let us use parking outside where people drop bags off. I’m pregnant and we’re travelling with dog so we purposely booked hotels with parking, so this is misleading. Staff were nice, room was clean and resasonable size. Rooms not as sound proof as should be. 20 min walk into Milan. Staff super friendly. Outside court area is lovely. Breakfast was mediocre.

Very happy we found this place, it was away nice and quiet, and found some nice places to eat and drink within a block or two. Great breakfast, made to order eggs! We’ll worth it for me. It’s a walk to the City center, but we were happy to do it. 25 minutes approx.

Comfortable and modern hotel about 15-20 minute walk into central Milan and close to Dateo metro that goes to the airport. The beds were very comfortable and the junior suite quite spacious. Breakfast was nice, they can cook you some eggs. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

This is a beautiful property located close to the Linate airport. I chose this hotel because I had an early morning flight and the location was perfect. The staff helped me arrange for a taxi and all went smooth. I walked around the area and it looked like it had many restaurants and shops. The hotel itself was so clean and lovely. The bed was very comfortable. I wished I could have stayed longer!

Great boutique hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the air-conditioner in our room did not work; according to the staff, it was because the City of Milan had imposed restrictions hotels and such in the city regarding the use of air-conditioners in an attempt to conserve energy.

Great value for money
Lovely hotel that is not close to the centre but close enough if you don’t mind a walk or paying for a cab. Great value for money in a city where they treat broom cupboards as family rooms. Staff are all friendly and helpful and seem to be there genuinely to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Will book again.

Lovely old building and quiete spot to stay. Garden was an added bonus and a nice place to have a coffee. Quite a way from the centre (about 15 minutes in a taxi) but a few really nice local restaurants in walking distance. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating and room was perfect size, clean and comfortable. Can't fault this little gem!

Cool Boutique Hotel in Milan
Nice boutique hotel close to Milan center! Organized, clean, room decore and size was great! Staff very friendly! Breakfast was included and it was really good! A lot of nice bars, osterias and restaurants easy to get to!! I would definitely stay again!

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was exceptional! JM (hope I am saying it right) was behond helpful. Location is close by Milano Centrale. Two things I didnt like: 1. Grattifi all over the neighborhood. It made it feel a bit run down. 2. You need to pay €60 if you need to use their small meeting room. All hotels I know let guests use their meeting room. I ended up having my business meeting elsewhere. Asides from that, good stay!!! Oh don't expect anything for dining options.

I chose to pay when I stayed for this hotel, but the hotel reserved payment two weeks earlier, and was held for those full two weeks, which is not paying when I stay. I stayed at five other hotels during my trip to Italy, and no others did this. The room itself wasn't as nice as the pictures I was asked to leave my key every time I left the hotel which I wasn’t very comfortable with The hotel was clean and nice enough; common areas were nicer than the room I was given

Hotel is beautifully set, great amenities and the team are super friendly. 5 star service and great value for money and near some amazing non chain restaurants to dine in and accessible to the centre in a taxi within 10 minutes. Would stay here again.

A smart little boutique property with an excellent staff. All of them spoke english and were exceptionally helpful (thanks Franco!). Additional bonus was the rear garden (pictured) where you could have breakfast outside. Also, the breakfast buffet was huge and excellent and included cooked eggs and bacon on demand. Great, quiet gem in busy Milano.
