Mainly amenities, no parking as described, they tried to invoice the valet parking at 45 euros instead of 35, and the self parking is not available anymore. No AC after october, in case you are hot u have to open the wikdow. Clogged bathtub and in general very low maintenance to the rooms Breakfast very very basic

Great convenient area. The room was quite small and we had a view of a brick building. For the price we paid, it would have been nice to have breakfast included but overall it was a nice stay.

A short stay for just one night but very friendly service as usual. Top address for traveling to Milan by train. Small but fine. And all the staffs especially the bellmen are super helpful. Strongly recommended!

Great location for train station and an OK stay

Room looked somewhat tired and in need of renovation. Wi-Fi speed was not great. Breakfast was average at best and poorly organised. Location suited my purposes and was the real reason I stayed here

Great stay in Milan. Strategic location aside Gran Central Station: not the most beautiful neighbourhood, though well connected and with many spots within walking distance (corso buenos aires, porta venezia..). Staff is simply great: professional, friendly. Modern room furniture, above average room size, pillow menu and complimentary welcome water are very appreciated. The hotel features also a gym, unfortunately without a sauna. Despite the recent management change, the breakfast has improved but is still average. The room is small though, you may have to wait at peak time on weekends.

The bathroom was very cramped and could do with a renovation. One of my pet hates is the continued use of showers in a bathtub. This is not the 1920s. These baths are a safety issues and should be removed. The room itself was ok, but comfortable and aircon enabled sleeping. Breakfast buffet was variable and staff always helpful when providing coffee choices.
