Good for shopping

The hotel was ok; the best thing was the location, if u like to shop could not be better The only problem was getting in and out. When we arrived there was no one to direct us and u need directions. However after there was always someone. Must nite the concierge service was good and helpful

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!…I’m giving this hotel, which is more of an apartment complex located in different buildings, a terrible review because of the following reasons…. We first checked in and then had to go a block down the street to get to our actual room. The staff took our luggage and was not careful with it on the cobblestone streets. They were hauling them in a manner which could break the wheels off. One of the guys spilled a drink on one of my friends bags and didn’t clean it up. We then got to the room and the AC was not working. We waited a little bit while the worked on it and noticed mold all in the bathroom. They finally said they fixed the AC, so we left the room and returned later in the evening. Upon our arrival, the AC was still not working, and to make matters worse, neither was the electricity. They tried to offer us some other rooms, which was nice, but they were rooms which could only fit two people, and we were a party of three that wanted to stay together in the same room. The guy that was helping us said they would give us a refund, so we left. I later, reached out to the hotel to request a refund and they denied it. This place is a joke.

No es un hotel es un albergue MUY caro! No hay recepción, no hay nadie para ayudarte. Pedí una suite con vistas a la ciudad y fue un cuarto con vistas a andamios! Muy mala opción! Very bad place to stay.
