Great boutique hotel, the property was very trendy and cool including a speak easy cocktail bar and restaurant. We ate both lunch and dinner at the property, the quality of the food was excellent and the staff was very polite and attentive including making local wine pairings. Rooms were new, clean, comfortable and spacious and having a small balcony was a bonus. We also enjoyed the on-site gym which was huge by European hotel standards. Overall great stay and I would highly recommend.

Minor hiccup with the room, but the staff more than made up for it - service was genuinely exceptional. Room itself was quiet and felt premium, amenities were great, and the location couldn’t have been better. Would definitely return.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Our shower had moldy grout and the main shower head didn’t work. We also had inoperable shades in the room. On top of it I had an unauthorized charge. I was charged for champagne and drinks at the bar I did not even go to. I personally did not charge anything at the hotel just to find a charge of close to $100 from the bar. When I reached out to the hotel, I received no response. Very upsetting from an alleged 5 star property. Staff on site however were friendly.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Location is perfect, close to restaurants and bar in Navigli area and walking distance or public team to Duomo. It gives a feeling of of all inclusive resit even though it’s in a city. Guests are allowed to walk anywhere and anytime. The staff are very polite and friendly. They are all very helpful and alway willing to help to accommodate when being asked something rather than just replying not possible and stick to the formal rule (which is very common in other hotels).

Excellent hotel and hospitality! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by name and congratulated on our honeymoon. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and answered all questions. The hotel has an amazing bar included that was the coolest bar we went to in Milan. The room was spacious, clean, and very well decorated. The location was incredible. About a 20ish minute walk to downtown center, but right next to Navigli canals, which we enjoyed a lot more than the touristy center of the city. Plenty of metro transportation. It’s a busy area so parking was a bit complicated, but I think anywhere in Milan will be similar.

I stayed for work and had a really positive experience here. When I asked for a late check out they were able to accomodate me to prevent me from sitting waiting at the airport. Overall excellent staff and facilities

This property is a hidden gem. Although not exactly "hidden". It's in a great location. Easy to walk to everything...or a short cab ride. The property itself has been lovingly updated and decorated. Great bar / restaurant and staff. we are really glad we booked it!
