"The Hotel is beautiful and a real oasis away from the streets of the city. The rooms were very comfortable and the restaurant food simply delicious. "

The most unpleasant things happened when the people from the Bar are occupying all the hotel premises and behaving very bad to others. Not safe for the family at all. "I really was impressed with the JW. The rooms were new, beds comfortable, service was great in most areas like the breakfast area and the concierge. Very helpful and smooth business stay. Just the bar was lacking in service. Great place to stay in Kolkata. 25 min from the airport. My driver Ranjun was great and drove me around to various appointments for the day. He was excellent."
