"The staff and room were absolutely fantastic! The only thing that wasn’t quite up to our standards was when we asked to open the room connecting door. The guy who came in just stepped in with his shoes on. "

"The room I booked had a large comfortable bed and an extremely well-lit and half-open spaced spacious bathroom. I especially loved that they offered a smart bidet and a large bathtub. They even used robot for deliveries to my room so I don't need to go down to the lobby for pick-ups or feel awkward when I opened door with pajamas on to retrieve deliveries. The hotel is around 10-15 mins drive away from ShenZhen international airport so it was pretty close. There's a large cafe/coffee bar with lots of comfy seats on lobby level so hanging out with clients/friends or working on laptop was a breeze. Staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. I am happy with my overall experience at this hotel."
