Very dissapointed. In all the years being a Hilton Honors member never had suc a poor experience. The hotel misrepresented the facility and the staff made no effort to remediate the situation.

I liked the cleanliness and breakfast. I did not like getting charged $40 for parking two nights, when Expedia advertised it as $14 per night. Hampton clerk told me they knew about this issue and to contact Expedia, then they would call her and a refund for the difference would be applied. I was hung up on the first time I tried to call Expedia when he found out I wasn’t trying to book.

We were there for a single night, but it was a perfect night if quiet and parking was a short walk, like 2 minutes. It was only $15 to park. Breakfast was the usual, cereal, waffles, and juices. Coffee and tea as well. Very pleasant, and a fun walkinhmg area.
