Very well-situated hotel on the main boulevard in the heart of Lisbon. Despite the central location, there was no noise from the surroundings. Very helpful and friendly staff, always welcoming with a smile. Excellent breakfast. Valet parking is included, so you can simply leave your car right in front of the hotel.

This hotel is quite charming. This quiet and comfortable palace affords visitors the chance to unwind in a clean and relaxing atmophere, with beautiful views of the Tagus river and April 25 bridge. The staff were courteous, very helpful, attentive and friendly.
Guests also have the chance to visit the art gallery complementary to their stay. The MACAM is just a few minutes walk from many restaurants, the marina as well as a short drive to sites such as the Belem Tower. I would certainly chose the MACAM for my next stay in Lisbon.

"Stay was okay overall. Location and staff were fine, but the hotel is showing its age and is in need of an upgrade. The carpets in the room and hallways were old and looked dirty, which took away from the experience. With some renovation it could be much better."

"The hotel is conveniently located as it is close to the airport. It is also close to metro stations. The hotel could use new pillows as the ones in our room were flat, and the towels also smelt damp. It does not seem that early check-in is an option, even if an hour or two earlier than the 3 PM check-in ..."
