"This hotel is truly a hidden gem. We (American tourists) were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was—clean, quiet, and safe. The location is excellent, with direct access to a train station, convenience stores, and a large shopping center. Overall, our stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable, reflecting the hard work and dedication of the hotel management and staff behind the scenes."

"Staff and amenities are above and beyond. The nightly snack was appreciated. It is easy to ship luggage to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport. If you are here for Disney, be aware that it is a much longer walk that it looks. The shuttle runs in the morning and after 7pm, but not the middle of the day. With shuttle time, it is about 30-40 minutes from the hotel to the parks. We usually stay within walking distance, so this was an adjustment. The room had a very small fridge, nice tub, good shower, and separate toilet area. The foot massager was a nice touch."

"Staying for Disney so hotel offered all that was needed for busy and short stay. Room was smaller without good space for cases but bed was comfortable, bathroom did the job and the location was perfect for early morning trips down to Maihama and the Parks. Staff were helpful on checkin and hotel is right on the station, but quiet and you wouldn't necessarily know it - which was another benefit. Not a lot of amenities but had everything needed for a short stay where sleep was the key objective. "

"Very convenient! Walking distance to Costco and Aeon Mall. One stop away is the Outlet Mall and Zozo Stadium (though the walk from station to stadium is about 20 min). Also has 24 hour access to New Days conbini attached to hotel. Staff was very helpful, nice and welcoming. They called a taxi for us and let us know when it arrived and walked us to the taxi. We took a taxi to the Chiba Lotte Marines baseball game at Zozo stadium. Cost of taxi was 1900 yen. We caught the train back to hotel after the game - followed the crowd to the train station. They held our luggage for us before check in and after check in. Nice clean, new hotel with excellent sound proofing. The train station is right outside of the hotel and you can’t hear it at all. Room was on the small side (I booked the smallest room for 2 people), but doable. I slid my suitcase under the bed. There was a a lot of space with easy access under the bed for storage. The bathroom was very nice and big. "
