"Just finished staying at Sandy point once again and once again couldnt be happier with the cleanliness or service. David and Daniela are great hosts, the location is excellent being located right on long lake with so many other ADK attractions within easy driving range. Can not recommend Sandy Point motel enough! "I've stayed here before and returned twice recently because it's very reasonably priced, very clean and has amenities to make you more comfortable that other places I've stayed don't necessarily have. The Maple Leaf was a great find for me since I've stayed at a few other places in Schroon Lake which were OK, but this is my favorite spot to stay."

"We rode on a motorcycle for 10 hours under constant rain. When we arrived at 10pm, we were soaked. Hot shower was all matters. I am glad the water was very hot. Towels and hair dryer were ready. The room was very clean. They also offer free coffee and some energy bars, which ended up as our dinner. It was a perfect destination for our day."
