"It was my daughter birthday gateway. Loved the dinner, the simple duplex room. Just facing the water. Super clean. The jacuzzi was working in the room. Loved the sauna and the pool. Enjoyed breakfast.

"Wow, just wow! What a wonderful and special place Windermere House is, located in a stunningly beautiful part of Canada.
Our lake view balcony room was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable with a view that you could never ever tire of seeing.
All the staff were extremely friendly and the service we received was exceptional.
We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, the buffet breakfast was superb and we ate each evening in the Windermere Pub, again the service and quality of food were wonderful.
We feel extremely lucky to have stayed at this very fabulous hotel.

"It’s a 150 year old house with a lot of character. We stayed in The Mews which is a 2 story motel like building next to the main house. It’s showing its age but it’s currently under renovation so they are working on upgrades. It’s was very clean and the view was amazing. The staff were really friendly. We’d definitely go back."
