"We had an AMAZING time at The Inn At The Falls! We absolutely loved our room with an incredible view of the falls and picturesque landscape surrounding it here in Bracebridge. We couldn’t believe how big our balcony was at “The Mews” section of the property. The room was lovely and had everything we needed. There’s a nice electric fireplace… a rather large ‘mini’ fridge, microwave, Keurig type coffee maker, a huge desk, and sitting area. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a considerable variety of items to choose from for a 'continental' breakfast which was complimentary. The staff is VERY accommodating and friendly. They made us feel welcome and at home. We will definitely come back here to experience this wonderful inn in the summer!"

"All was great, clean and staff were very nice! Different kinds of Coffee at the breakfast bar , all you need to start you. The price is excellent compared to other places in town. Just newly renovated…king bed, walk-in shower, lots of towels💜when you visit in warmer weather ,a walkout to a picnic table💜"

"This hotel was immaculate and the amenities were excellent. The female staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. One male staff at the front desk didn’t seem to care when I mentioned the bagels at breakfast were stale. I was disappointed at his reaction. :( Otherwise a good stay!"

"It was clean and inexpensive. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you need a room for a night or two and in the area for an event it was fine, but no inside pool, hot tub or breakfast."

"Room was clean and fully stocked. Winter activities did not live up to expectations. Equipment available (snowshoes) but no where to use it. No trails or even suggestions of where we could go to snowshoe. Snow and ice removal could have been improved. Limited parking due to snow. Ice buildup on road to our building and on stairs to our room was very dangerous!"
