Sad. The employees were talking (right in front of my sister and I) about me booking on Hotels.com and put us in a room that was in poor condition, because we paid a lower rate. The sheets and pillow cases were not changed, you could smell perfume on them.

When I arrived at 1am they proceeded to tell me that there isn't any rooms available that they were way over booked so was not happy me and wife and dog had to sleep in car because the other hotels in area wouldn't let us check in because of the time. So that was my experience with extended stay hotels
