Our stay was pretty good. Shower needed a little cleaning. Customer service was awesome through and through. Breakfast was also good. Bartender had great service too.

beautiful hotel, but be careful of housekeeping who has stolen my AirPods and went into my room on 2 separate occasions without my consent and taken my things.

I stayed at the Hyatt over the weekend for a tour of Pasiely Park (which was amazing). The hotel was amazing great location close to the airport and The Mall of America. The staff was friendly and so helpful. The room was nice and the dining options were great. Good stay!!!

The location was great and close to shopping. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and hotel restaurant and staff were wonderful. The only draw back was a small pool but if you don’t plan on swimming then this is the place to stay.

The property was nice, simple decor. I only had two drawbacks within the stay. First, the television would randomly turn on at various points throughout the day and night. After morning three we noticed it came on between 1128-1130am every morning. Secondly, I was unaware that I was going to have to pay for parking. Otherwise, the stay was lovely. I specifically want to acknowledge Devyn, as she was a delight at the front desk!
