Personally my stay was very good. However, I think it’s important to note a few points to other travellers. First of all, one side of the hotel faces the harbour while the other is a blank wall from the opposite building. It’s essential to get the harbour view. Secondly the view is much better above the 20th floor because it isn’t blocked by an adjacent building and you get a bonus view of the skyscrapers in Central as well. Thirdly, not every room have a desk. Make sure you request one otherwise it can be quite inconvenient especially if you are trying to eat something or to just put your stuff on a table. I don’t know why it isn’t standard in every room. Fourthly, what’s weird is that in some rooms, the couch and desk aren’t arranged to face the harbour but the adjacent building (below 20th floor). Isn’t it common sense that people want a harbour view if they are sitting at the desk or on a couch? My room didn’t have this problem but I noticed that in the two adjoining rooms the desks and couch were facing the “wrong” way. Just minor issues that management can fix with ease and little cost. Overall, a good stay at the hotel, and I would recommend it, as long as you get the harbour view.
