I was upgraded a full-moon room. Room is spacious. Staffs were all polite. Hotel is closed to convention center and causeway bay. Highly recommended.

Good hotel in a good location. The staff were friendly. Shout out to Dennis for his excellent follow-up action after I highlighted to him that the shower water was not hot. The breakfast can be improved with more selections. Overall, comfortable and cozy stayed.

Very good hotel with an excellent theme. We had to option to upgrade our room from new moon to half moon, it gave a view on the bay on parts of the city. Housekeeping was excellent, although we found some dust here and there in corners. Our beds were kept every day though and we received new towels every day. We found that useful, because with the humid and hot weather we showered every day. Breakfast was nice, but the same every day. Some variety would have been nice. The restaurant staff was really friendly though. The hotel is near the Causeway bay MTR station, close to the ferry to Kowloon island, close to the Ding ding tram and still gives you a private vibe.

Stayed here more than a couple of times and still happy with this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, convenient location near subway and with lots of cabs around. A short walk to shopping areas and good food places. Rooms are nicely sized with big bathrooms.

Fabulous sized room with plentiful toiletries

Fabulous sized room with plentiful toiletries, refreshments, towels, facilities in the room. Loved the different light settings and also that they have a separate bin for recycling in the room and bathroom. Would be useful though to have a note stating what can be recycled as it may be different in HK versus a visitor’s home country.
