Everything was great - great location, newly furnished and clean, friendly and helpful staff, conveniently located near mtr. Only one small feedback is the pillow a little too soft for me 😅

The hotel was fantastic and made us feel welcomed and at home! It was definitely a wonderful stay!

-modern, clean, functional room with great view -very good shower pressure, stable temperature -nice rooftop pool with view -lounge provides a reasonable selection of food and drinks but was quite crowded at dinner time -high quality breakfast, good western options -helpful, professional staff -nearby mall and restaurants -close to public transportation

The bell staff and the concierge were amazing and very helpful and accommodating. Really helped us out with a variety of things very grateful to them for the assistance! All the other staff were friendly as well and on the whole the service across the hotel was v good.

Wonderful location, been returning to this hotel ever since the first time I stayed at when they just opened. Though the rooms have some wear and tear over the years, the service, cleanliness and everything has been consistent and spectacular. Hope the property would consider to do some refreshments to the room to upkeep the furnishes.

Love the Murray. The service and staff are great as always. The room is spacious, luxurious and amenities are fantastic. The small touches makes a whole lot of difference.

The only place in HK which provide customer service and the staff are all very friendly. Going the extra miles to show you the way, giving you recommendations on where to go and when the room type which i booked is unable to add a extra bed, they provide me a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room as it’s my birthday. The size of the room was great. They give kids amenities such as kids utensil and kids bedroom slipper. Only 3mins walk to MTR station and there is ding ding tram right behind...

I have actually stayed at the Jervois a number of years ago and the place I usually stay at was unavailable. Well I think I will be coming back the Jervois. Typically when you revisit a place you run the risk of seeing how it has declined but this was the exact opposite. It was even better than before. The reception was quick and helpful (and I really had to use the bathroom so it was doubly appreciated) and they mentioned that I can use their free phone as a WiFi hot-spot when I am out and...
