"This was our fourth return visit to this fantastic hotel. Our party had three horizon club rooms. We can highly recommend this level as the horizon club hospitality is outstanding. We enjoyed breakfast and evening buffet in the lounge everyday and the food and drink were of extremely high standard. The staff Hayden, Max, Buddy, Cattie, Janis, Hebe Yau, Jessica, Kit, Elisa, Wing, Hebe Ho and Tony were very professional and courteous. They all worked hard in the 8 nights we stayed ensuring our drinks were topped up and all our needs met. We had two birthdays during our stay and the staff arranged two birthday cakes with cards and photos. This was an amazing touch and greatly appreciated by our party. A special thanks to Janice, Elisa, Wing and Tony."

"It was great customer service, what I like and it was surprising, my flight was after my check out and they couldn’t give me extra hours to stay but they offered me to wait in the club with I wasn’t expecting to be that great. Also I arrived early and they let me check in early and upgraded my room free of charge. If I come back for sure this is my number one choice."
