"オーナーが不在の時間が多くチェックインに待たされる。ホテル入り口が電子ロックですが2日目番号が変わっており1.5h待ちぼうけ。その間電話番号が間違っており連絡がつかない。ベッドに毛がたくさん落ちていた。などなど9000円であったので日本のビジネスホテルの感覚で泊まったら問題が起こる。長期の滞在で時間がある方が値段を交渉して泊まる所としては、昔の香港を感じれアットホームで良いと思うがビジネスでは時間を失うホテル。"

"I had a great stay at the Eaton. It is a clean modern hotel with many amenities. They clean your room daily at the hotel. I personally used the fitness center frequently. The staff was friendly , courteous, and professional. The location is great—it’s right on the border between Kowloon and Mongkok which makes it a great location to explore both areas. It’s also near the Jordan MTR station which gives you access to all parts of the city. Also, the A21 airport bus stops within a block of the Eaton hotel. I strongly recommend this hotel. "

"Spotless room, amazing staff who look after every detail. We've had a wonderful stay & are sad to leave. If friendly & personal attention is your thing, I would recommend Marco Polo Hong Kong Executive Rooms & Lounge every time. Refreshments available all day, with a smile. Great location for Star Ferry, Harbour City & MTR in TST. We look forward to our return!"
