"The location is really convenient. There are direct buses from the airport, and the hotel is located just minutes away from the chaotic Tsim Sha Tsui. Perfect for an escape from the crowd. Check-in was a breeze, the room was clean and cozy. However, what stood out was the impeccable service. We were woken up by guests stomping their feet for hours through the night. I made a complaint to the front desk and the hotel manager on shift the night of 4 Feb, who came to investigate, but he couldn't confirm that the noise was from the guest just above. He offered us a room change the next day. Really grateful for saving our sleep :) Eaton Hotel will definitely be the first choice on our next trip to HK (Hopefully soon)"

"Position very convinence, clean room and spacious, especially we got upgrade to a bigger room on second visit, got most amenities we needed. Staff are friendly and helpful, make their effort to get out to the street and call the taxi for us during peak time. My son loves the gym and restaurant around the area, shame we didn't have time to try out the cafe... helpful , even make an effort tgo out to the street and taxi during p"

"Great experience. We stayed only for 1 night but the moment we checked in, we were greeted by Wes who was very enthusiastic. He offered us drinks while we checked in, upgraded our room and very overall very pleasant. The room was also very comfortable. We especially loved the unique way the curtains closed which is very different and thoughtful and the blackout effect was excellent. In the evening, we were pleasantly surprised with chocolates delivered to our room, which felt very warm and caring. It was a truly delightful stay. A very, very special thank you to Wes for making our experience so memorable."
