"Location was spot on, right around the corner from the MTR entrance and airport bus stop. The room was very small as expected. The worst part about the room was the floor - instead of carpet or tiles, the floor was covered with some sticky rubber mat that looked and felt very dirty. Luckily disposable slippers were provided. This is a basic no frills hotel so no bathmat in the toilet, no handsoap at the sink and no tea cups provided. Staff were not the friendliest but requests were attended to quickly "

"Great experience. We stayed only for 1 night but the moment we checked in, we were greeted by Wes who was very enthusiastic. He offered us drinks while we checked in, upgraded our room and very overall very pleasant. The room was also very comfortable. We especially loved the unique way the curtains closed which is very different and thoughtful and the blackout effect was excellent. In the evening, we were pleasantly surprised with chocolates delivered to our room, which felt very warm and caring. It was a truly delightful stay. A very, very special thank you to Wes for making our experience so memorable."
