The hotel was very conveniently located and ideal for our needs. What want good was the misleading advice from Expedia that suggested that reception was shut during night hours - it isn't, it is very much open and operating. This error caused some anxst when we discovered it flight was delayed.
excellent hotel tasteful decor free shuttle convenient
We were welcomed at the door assisted to the checkout for fast service, received a room upgrade and escorted to our room. The service was amazing.
A bit noisy as too close to the aircraft. Is good if can have good sound silence
Great location, great accommodation and great service
Staffs superb friendly
This place is quiet with a good beach out front. Had a nice relaxing stay and the managers were eager to please. The basic room is quite small as are all rooms in HK but for $25 more or whatever it is the VIP room is literally double the size.
Everything about the hotel was perfect. Staff was excellent, room was just perfect and resort is amazing.
