I have been very comfortable with the entire staff at the front desk, conceirge and the bell captains and all others. They are extremely helpful polite and patient with you. The conceirge head this time was Raymond and I had to go to him to him for his advice 4/5 times and he always had the solutions. "

"Close to MTR subway, bus to airport, dining places, shopping along Nathan Road, close to Temple Street night market. I don't like the tiny sink in the bathroom. It's close to impossible to spit without getting your spit on the floor because the shelf above the sink blocks you from leaning forward into the sink! Other than that, all is fine. Very small room, but that's Hong Kong. It's clean!"
