"I had a great stay at the Eaton. It is a clean modern hotel with many amenities. They clean your room daily at the hotel. I personally used the fitness center frequently. The staff was friendly , courteous, and professional. The location is great—it’s right on the border between Kowloon and Mongkok which makes it a great location to explore both areas. It’s also near the Jordan MTR station which gives you access to all parts of the city. Also, the A21 airport bus stops within a block of the Eaton hotel. I strongly recommend this hotel. "

"Room was spacious and quiet and was spotless. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is very close to the Star Ferry and main shopping street, so is very well located for a trip. Would definitely recommend"

"The room was tiny, the best part was the high water pressure of the shower. Room service was good, and cleaners were helpful and courteous. The check-in staffs were helpful and friendly, prepared and ready to help. The washing facilities were good for long term visitors. It would be great if the hotel bus service can be extended before 10am and beyond 6pm. The two lifts could be a constrain as it could be slow during high peak hours. Overall, I had little complaint. "
