I have been very comfortable with the entire staff at the front desk, conceirge and the bell captains and all others. They are extremely helpful polite and patient with you. The conceirge head this time was Raymond and I had to go to him to him for his advice 4/5 times and he always had the solutions. "

"excellent location, connected to the langham place mall which is iconic itself and has everything from food to brand name shopping (perfect for rainy days). the metro station is also right underneath the mall. very close to buses if you need. it's right on shanghai street as well if you need kitchen shopping. the views were incredible especially for the corner rooms with the rounded windows. spacious rooms with great amenities. self-laundry was also found nearby outside of the hotel. hotel staff were also very kind to deliver our luggage to our room while we were out. i would stay here again and definitely recommend."
