"Our stay at Hotel Gran Aminta was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-tier. The housekeeping staff kept our room spotless and went above and beyond every day. A special shoutout to the porter who helped with our bags—he was incredibly friendly and professional. The food was absolutely delicious—we looked forward to every meal. The bar service was excellent, and the bartender made sure we always had what we needed. Reception was just as impressive—warm, welcoming, and always helpful. The entire staff truly made our experience unforgettable. This hotel gets a 10 out of 10 from us. We would absolutely return and recommend it. "

"I can’t fault this hotel or its staff. Having read previous reviews that stated about issues with the lighting systems in rooms I was slightly worried. However, we had no such issues and found our room to be extremely comfortable and the lighting easy to navigate. I would like to thank the staff for their attentiveness after my daughter injured her knee in the hotel lobby. They showed concern and gave her ice to help with the swelling. In the following days they checked on her well being. This was very much appreciated."

Nearly to city centre that you can go by walk..the man of reception is very friendly and help us a lot with some indication principal about to rent a scooter like make our stayed so easy. The breakfast was delicious and the staff lady so polite and kind. The housekeeping was polite,gentleman ,kind and left our room so clean and organised. I really indication this hotel because everything was amazing, good price and definitely we will be back one day."

"Everything was excellent, the only small constructive criticism was the standard of breakfast eg just ordering a simple omelette or pancakes was an additional cost. For a five star hotel would have expected this as a standard option. "

"If you want to stay right near the water and the ports, this is the place to be. Cool at night (no AC in the rooms) and conveniently located near the water and excellent restaurants. However, if you are going between the hotel and the downtown area, there is a big hill to climb with lots of stairs. There is an elevator, but a small walk to get there. The hotel was clean, the breakfast in the morning provided options and the rooftop bar was my favorite place."

"We loved this hotel. The views were incredible and the service was excellent. They had a lovely pool and private beach. Everyone was very accommodating of my gluten and dairy allergies and we ate at the hotel restaurant for many of our meals. The shuttle service takes you to the private beach and downtown Amalfi, right near the ferry dock. "
