"I had requested a room overlooking the garden, but they told me there was an inspection going on and there were no rooms available. But when I checked on Expedia, there were a lot of rooms available. I have stayed at this hotel many times and I’ve not had any issues, this was the first time."

"Swear the valet guys were the best ever. So so helpful. We are a family of 4 and drove with a packed car. The pool was great. The location was so nice. It was great to have a Cali trip and not be in San Diego. The beach wasn’t crowded and the free rentals gave the kids surf board time"

"I didn't need to use the laundry facility but saw other people using it. I did bring my lil dog with me & they had no problem accommodating us. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff! Bring a female, I felt very safe being there alone. "
