Car parking very expensive & the charge was not mentioned up front. That apart, lovely hotel & helpful staff.

The most pleasant, professional and fast reception I've ever seen in Spain! Intranet cable connection available and in general amazing wifi. super helpful restaurant personnel.

Good value well-maintained hotel
We only stayed one night and I needed a wheelchair accessible room with roll in shower. The hotel was a very nice renovation of a very very old building and suited our needs perfectly

A true 4 star hotel - lots of class! Well situated to shops and restaurants and free parking for your car. The hotel beams and the rooms are fantastic. The staff are efficient and freindly. Overall, this is a great place to stay and enjoy yourself! The breakfast buffet is also a tasty experience and well worth the value.....overall, it doesn't get much better!

Excellent value for money!
This was our last stop on a month long road trip and one of the best hotel experiences we had as a pit stop! The room was large and well equipped, and above all extremely clean. (While we didn’t use the Murphy bunk beds in our room - this would be an excellent feature if traveling with kids.) Parking was secure and convenient with direct access to our room. Breakfast was delicious, abundant and typical of the region. We would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a great place to spend the night while you are on the road or visiting this area for a longer stay. The price can’t be beat for a practical, clean hotel like this!

Everything you want from a hotel. Superb
I don’t usually leave reviews but in the case of this hotel it really deserves a mention. Great, modern, squeaky clean, friendly hotel which is nicely located to visit this beautiful part of Spain and enjoy super cuisine and wine.

Perfection in Miranda
Everything was very bright and clean, even the parking garage. The breakfast was fantastic. A special mention for Marta whose command of the English language and great customer service made our stay perfect.

Best place in Miranda de Ebros
Nice and confy hotel, friendly staff and very good breakfast . The only down part is their parking garage. It's tight, and especially if you have to get into a car elevator and then go out making a really sharp turn. I prove my self to be a heck of a sharp driver!!

Nice hotel for a quick night stay
Neighbourhood is weird ... people that work there are very sympatic . Room is nice & modern as the toilet. But ! We could hear people go to toilet and take their shower from our room , even the vibrating alarm from the phone in the morning ... To park there it is not easy ... and the price for breakfast is wayyyy overcharge ! There is restaurent nearby that can make you coffee,natural fresh orange juice & breakfast for 3€ Perfect for a sleep&go

Modern, comfortable hotel in a very good location.
New, comfortable hotel in a good location in front of the railway station and within walking distance of the pedestrian area. Excellent restaurant.

Good for one night stop on the way to Bilbao ferry
Not easy to find, particularly as my Freelander satnav has a curious interpretation of Spanish postcodes! Otherwise perfect for overnight en-route for Bilbao ferry. Make sure your car can get in and out of the car park lift if paying for garaged parking, attendant assistance will be given if required.

Hotel very good. Parking difficult, park is under hotel enter via lft, max length is 5 Metres and tight turn to get out of lift. staff also very good would recommend it for a stay of a few days

Close to Bilbao/Santander.
Great last night in a typically unspoilt, untouristy Spanish town, before catching a ferry back to the UK--or could be your first night. In the Rioja region, south of the mountains. Really well modernised. Immaculately clean. All the Staff are very friendly. Underground parking available with a car lift. Sadly the restaurant is closed on Mondays, as we would like to have eaten there. The breakfast was very good though. Amazingly good value.

Hôtel parfait pour une étape sur le trajet des vacances Portugal-France. Chambres propres et modernes, literie confortable, bien insonorisé. Possibilité de se garer dans la rue gratuitement la nuit jusqu'à 9h30 du matin. Sinon, parking de l'hotel à 9.50 euros la nuit. Petit déjeuner buffet bon et très garni.

Un hôtel propre avec des prestations de bon niveau sans pour autant correspondre à un 4* petit déjeuner très bien. On ne se rend pas à Miranda de Ebro par hasard. L environnement de l hôtel n est pas agréable et accueillant. Hôtel pour une nuit bien.

Rien à dire. Très correct
De passage avec ma famille, nous avons été bien accueilli dans cet établissement. Le parking est bien protégé, nous permettant de laisser une partie de nos bagages à l'intérieur du véhicule. Le petit déjeuner est diversifié et copieux. C'est un établissement que je recommande que ce soit professionnellement ou personnellement.
