Located one block off Huaihai Rd, the “Madison Ave” of Shanghai, where one could find famous food stores, restaurants, as well as boutiques. While the interior decor is a bit dated, it is well managed in general. Staff are friendly. Daily room cleaning. Hotel restaurants are open to public, so you will often see diners sharing elevators with hotel guests.

None of the amenities promised were available to non-Chinese. The assistant manager did authorize my refund but the hotel has yet to return the security deposit. False advertising of hotel facilities.

The hotel is in a good enough location and near where I needed to be. Hence, the reason why I chose to stay here. The hotel furnishings are old, stained and worn own.

Hotel provided us smooth late check-in past midnight. The room was gorgeous with living room-like comfort space and even business desk with PC. Very spacious and room amenities(TV, water boiler) were all functional. Better if closer to subway station.
