"I really liked it, very clean hotel, very good breakfast, only the onsen location is small"

"Amazing service and the bath on the first floor was great too. Truly an awesome experience. And there’s a real nice coffee shop nearby and a great ramen shop too."

"I like this hotel."

"大浴場にはガリガリくんが置いてあり、深谷らしいなと思いました。 朝食も地元のものが多くあり、楽しめました。"

"Unfussy hotel, decent food, beautiful views. Lovely onsen, although the property was obviously aged and certain parts had peeling paint. Overall a great stay for the price. "

"コンテナで宿泊したのは初めてでしたがなんの不便もなく宿泊できました。"

"VERY GOOD"

"great service"

"遮音性は高くはないけれど、隣の部屋が、と言うよりは隣の家がな感じで、自分はあまり気にならなかった。"

"洗面所が閉めても水漏れてる"

"Good place to stay!"

"冷房は端についてますが、風向が上下のみ。それ以外は値段相応〜以上です。スタッフさんの対応良く、朝ごはんも割とメニュー豊富。Wifi 調子よかったです。"

"Good condition property, free onsite parking, superb helpful and welcoming staff, very good amenities, very fast internet, average sized room to Japanese standard, sumptuous breakfast, enough varieties for Vegans and Vegetarians, but limited enough just to fill up. Value for money hotel. Just that some of the Breakfast Buffet food is only labelled in Japanese, thus need enquiry from staff about content and ingredients."

"Room is clean and service is excellent"

"すばらしい！です！今回も"

"We arrive late, yer the staff is friendly. Smooth check-in."

"Great staff!"

"Great place to relax! Clean room, friendly staff, onsen, complimentary morning probiotic drinks, afternoon ice cream and night ramen."

"The hotel was ok, just careful. Some room have toilet no shower room.same space by they decided to not install it maybe because they have onsen."

"Helpful and friendly staff. The Onsen is very nice especially the outside area that you can hire. The beds were comfortable. Not a lot of space for storage of clothes and luggage in the rooms. The Japanese restaurant in the spa was good and affordable. The Chinese restaurant was good food. The hotel and rooms are dated and need a Refresh. Nice views of the surrounding landscape. 5 min drive to a town with supermarkets and restaurants."
