Right outside mishima station. Very affordable hotel with free breakfast. But nothing much to explore around the station area. It was a quick stop for us after exploring Mt Fuji surrounding area and before heading to Kyoto.

Pros: Very affordable. Clean rooms. Great view of Mount Fuji. Cons: Bed was so firm you might as well be sleeping on the floor. Breakfast is free but literally no point in even trying to get it unless you are amongst the first ones there. Walls are pretty thin. Limited dining options on north side of the station but it's only really a 15 minute walk to the other side of the station where it's a bit livelier. Overall: Not bad, but not exactly good either. If you are in the area for a night and short on cash then it's fine for a stay, otherwise there are probably better options in Mishima.

The hotel staff was nice, but was limited. The room was small. However, we were given amenities. The breakfast was mostly Japanese food ball and the breakfast room was small. However, it was a very good value.

Everything was good except the location and the breakfast. Even if it is closed to the station, you can not walk straight from one side to the other side without paying a ticket for crossing the station. About breakfast, it is free for everyone but if you come late you will have very few choice as a lot of dishes are gone 😞

The breakfast was delicious! They provided an English instruction sheet on how to operate the air conditioner which was very good. The other Toyoko Inn’s I stayed at did not provide this helpful information.

This is a very inexpensive hotel, but has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. It is clean, organized, and convenient. Note that parking will cost you, but only 500 yen.

Hotel was very close to JR station. Room wa a decent size as we chose a twin room. Hotel is very dated. Staff friendly. Free breakfast was Japanese style, not really to my liking. Overall it was convenient for us and a good price.
