Casino Hotels in Miyajima

Huge room with massage chair, amenities were fantastic and really enjoyed the hot spring and private bath. Location is very convenient, right next to the shopping street and less than 5 mins walk from the pier.

Thoughtful & attentive. Really loved staying here. Will come back for sure..

The location was excellent. The room was very clean and stylish. The host was very friendly.

Check in at 3pm but you can rest at the lounge area for drinks and ice cream. Walking to the Torri gate takes about 10-12min but lots of interesting shops to browse thru. The magnificent Torri gate is definitely worth seeing and you can go out at low tide. The miyajima JR ferry terminal is just across the hotel which made access easy. Dinner at hotel was buffet style , not say plenty food options but most items are done well. Same about breakfast too. You will not regret taking a room facing...

Stayed at the Japanese/western room. Beautiful room, very clean and spacious with a nice balcony over looking the Tori Gate. Service was fantastic as staff tried to explain the amenities and services in the hotel. Dinner was great too. A short walk to the tori gate, gotten the chance to see the beautiful tori gate and itsukushima shrine at night. Will recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to catch a beautiful scenery of the UNESCO site.

The hotel staff were all very warm and welcoming, making the stay feel cozy and pleasant. Although the hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the port and major attractions, the complimentary shuttle service is very convenient and generally available upon request during working hours. Considering the price, it's a great value for money.

The staffs are so friendly to the extra miles. On the day of my check-in, I was taking a Shinkansen from Shinagawa but it got DELAY due to the weather condition. While I was stuck in the train, the hotel staff keep on asking my location. I have never encounter before by this caring behaviour. The hotel staff said the kitchen is willing to wait for my arrival but the ferry to this hotel (Last ferry: 1030pm) so I missed it. On the next morning I took the first ferry to the island, technically I...

The hotel is just few steps away from the ferry terminal. The room is big and has nice view of the sea. The room is equipped with bathroom however there is communal bathroom in the basement for hot water soaking as well. Overall I'm very happy with this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Miyajima Hotel Makato very much. Upon arrival, we were surprised to learn all shops generally close by 5pm. Your front desk staff quickly helped to organize breakfast for us the next morning though it was very last minute. We appreciated that very much. They even provide transportation to the ferry terminal. The whole team is always very attentive and ensure we are very looked after, our compliments to them for a job well done !!!

Excellent service. Staff ensures everything is good from arrival to departure.

Located right across from the ferry terminal, it's very convenient. Room is very spacious and the free drinks corner consists of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and soft drinks. Breakfast and dinner (half board) are pretty nice too. The onsen is on the small side though.

The room was spotless, big and comfortable. The service staff were all very welcoming and friendly.
