Hotel is within the train station with clear signs, easy to locate. Great location with Food and transportation within reach. The room is clean and comfortable. Reception is at level 7.

Check in at 3pm but you can rest at the lounge area for drinks and ice cream. Walking to the Torri gate takes about 10-12min but lots of interesting shops to browse thru. The magnificent Torri gate is definitely worth seeing and you can go out at low tide. The miyajima JR ferry terminal is just across the hotel which made access easy. Dinner at hotel was buffet style , not say plenty food options but most items are done well. Same about breakfast too. You will not regret taking a room facing...

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was huge, beds and pillows were very comfy, it had a little kitchenette with all basics available, washing machine in room, the bathroom was very spacious with a huge bath tub. All in all the best hotel of our Japan trip.

It is a small hotel but the executive twin room is big enough to fit our family of 4 adults. The only downside is without laundry facility and the nearest is probably 10 minutes walk. The hotel also charges extra for room cleaning/make up room, but free service for change of towels and clearing of trash.

Location is excellent for transportation

Great hotel easy accessible by the tram from the station. Loved our room, nice, spacious and great view. Loved the bench by the window. Great spot to read and watch the world go by. Breakfast was excellent great variety and good selection of fruit I missed at other hotels. Loved the freshly baked bread with the cooked breakfast. Would stay again.

We were early for check-in (3:00pm) so we left our bags and explored the area. Checking in was both smooth & pleasant. Room was clean & comfortable. Housekeeping was very efficient. Room & toilet amenities were more than adequate. Breakfast starts at 7:00am till 10:00am and the spread is great! If you're up early you can enjoy coffee & smoothies between 6-7 am while watching them get the spread ready. Very convenient hotel for travellers using JR trains and Shinkansen. The hotel is only a short walk from Hiroshima Station, so it was easy to travel to Miyajima, Osaka and other nearby areas without dragging luggage too far. The room was clean, modern and more spacious than some other Japan business hotels. Convenience stores, restaurants and shopping are nearby, which made late night meals and quick shopping very easy. Located right across from the ferry terminal, it's very convenient. Room is very spacious and the free drinks corner consists of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and soft drinks. Breakfast and dinner (half board) are pretty nice too. The onsen is on the small side though.
