Huge room with massage chair, amenities were fantastic and really enjoyed the hot spring and private bath. Location is very convenient, right next to the shopping street and less than 5 mins walk from the pier.

The room was spotless, big and comfortable. The service staff were all very welcoming and friendly.

Check in at 3pm but you can rest at the lounge area for drinks and ice cream. Walking to the Torri gate takes about 10-12min but lots of interesting shops to browse thru. The magnificent Torri gate is definitely worth seeing and you can go out at low tide. The miyajima JR ferry terminal is just across the hotel which made access easy. Dinner at hotel was buffet style , not say plenty food options but most items are done well. Same about breakfast too. You will not regret taking a room facing...

Stayed at the Japanese/western room. Beautiful room, very clean and spacious with a nice balcony over looking the Tori Gate. Service was fantastic as staff tried to explain the amenities and services in the hotel. Dinner was great too. A short walk to the tori gate, gotten the chance to see the beautiful tori gate and itsukushima shrine at night. Will recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to catch a beautiful scenery of the UNESCO site.

Quite a distance from the ferry terminal, be prepared to walk about 15 minutes. Not recommended to have a luggage with you. On the flip side, area is nice and quiet with minimal footfall. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Shower and bath facility is shared, but the door can be locked when in use.

The staffs are so friendly to the extra miles. On the day of my check-in, I was taking a Shinkansen from Shinagawa but it got DELAY due to the weather condition. While I was stuck in the train, the hotel staff keep on asking my location. I have never encounter before by this caring behaviour. The hotel staff said the kitchen is willing to wait for my arrival but the ferry to this hotel (Last ferry: 1030pm) so I missed it. Located right across from the ferry terminal, it's very convenient. Room is very spacious and the free drinks corner consists of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and soft drinks. Breakfast and dinner (half board) are pretty nice too. The onsen is on the small side though.

It is a small hotel but the executive twin room is big enough to fit our family of 4 adults. The only downside is without laundry facility and the nearest is probably 10 minutes walk. The hotel also charges extra for room cleaning/make up room, but free service for change of towels and clearing of trash.
