"Room is spacious and the staff were friendly. We stayed for five nights, there are some restaurants close by, and a Family Mart and bus stops about a 10 minute walk away. Location wise, the hotel (if you don’t have a car), is pretty far from the port and main market, about a 25 minute walk. Overall though a great option and priced well."

"Great place to stay in Ishigaki. The pool, spa, and shop were all quite convenient and the hotel is walking distance to the port, shops, and restaurants. My only complaint is that the hotel brings in very large tour groups and so it was always quite busy in common areas."

"The staffs were not on duty most of the time during my stay. When I needed some more toilet paper, tissues or towels, no one could help me. Even I checked out at around 11:30 am, I just dropped my key to their mailbox as no one was on duty."

"Great location and accommodating to foreigners. Worth booking if you are looking for a "apartment hotel" with a kitchen and space to do your own thing. Imagine the space and number of beds would be a great benefit for larger groups. Bear in mind there is no check in staff to assist unless directly requested. "Clean, reliable property. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay. Lots of amenities. Only complaint is with the way the walls are built, neighbors lights poor in through the gap near the ceiling at night making it hard to sleep if you need darkness to do so. "
