大学の同窓会で、会場近くの繁華街の場所ということで宿泊しました。フロントスタッフさんの応対も気持ちよく、ドリンクバーサービスもあり、ちょうどいい感じの宿泊先です。和室ですが、部屋や寝具は古い感じですが、私は布団が寝やすく居心地は悪くありません。大浴場がないのが少し残念ですが、それは致し方ないでしょう。

繁華街から近いのが便利で良かったです。 部屋がタバコ臭い、鍵のリングが変形していてバッグに引っかかったり、コンセントの差し込み口のプラスチックが欠けていたのは残念でした。

料金が安く、スタッフの人の良さは結構だが、設備がきちん手入れ出来ていない。暑いのにクーラー故障、ホコリは積もっている。扇風機かしてくれた。迷惑料で3000円返金あった。夜は寢れず、朝ダルい。喫煙可の部屋だったが、現在進行形でタバコ吸ってるんじゃないかというくらいタバコ臭かった。(非喫煙者であるがその部屋しか空いてなかった)

今回利用させて頂いた部屋は和室でした。 ネット経由で予約したら2名2室のはずが一部屋に布団が二組あって4名分になってました(^◇^;) アダルトチャンネルが珍しく設定されていましたが、調整中で見れませんでした。

コスパ良しのホテル

部屋の場所が悪かったのか、室内でwifiはほとんど入りませんでした。そこが唯一の難点でしたが、フリードリンクサービスに宿泊者用に安価でビール系飲料の販売があったり、シャンプーバーが設置されていたりしてとても良かったです。この値段でこの部屋なら文句なし。朝食も素朴ですが美味しかったです。また近くに行く時には利用したいと思います。

駐車場がホテル玄関前で無料だったのがありがたかった。(当日は、雨が酷かったが濡れずにすんだ)無料のドリンクバーも良かった。朝食付きプランで予約したが、手違いで食べれなかったのが残念。

ちょっと古いホテルだけと、繁華街近いホテル。

ホテル林荘は、古いないそうながら部屋は広い方でまぁまぁゆっくり休めました。室内の設備では、机がもう少し大きければパソコンでの仕事も出来たのにというところ!
