"End of September the hotel was not full, most older generation. Dinner is served in a partner hotel (not on site). Hotel is ok, pool was nice (only a few guests) Beds are a little dated and hard and the bathroom could use a little redesign because it's a little compact.. Staf were fantastic Close the the beach's and other shops, restaurants and clubs Underground parking was a little expensive so opted for on street instead. "The room was nice. The morning service in the Restaurant/Bar was very disappointing as the staff was rude when I mentioned there was a missing order of coffee or when I asked for the check. This happened two days in a row. We did mention this rude behavior to the supervisor of the restaurant. Additionally, the carpet and floor on the fourth floor was stained and very dirty. Outside the elevator, it seemed like there was a bump and hole in the concrete. "
