"We had a great time, only quibble is check in was 1500. We had to wait to 1630. With no offer of a complementary drink, we just sat and waited in the lobby. Then we had to ask when our room was ready! Not cool for a booked 2 x suit top of the shelf rooms - the rooms were amazing worth the wait. Reception just need to work on their hospitality, respectfully. "
"This is a really great hotel in a quiet area just outside of central Dam and easily accessible by train directly from the Central Station. The security guy was really nice, and we felt very safe in the area.
The beds are new and super comfortable, and the rooms are quiet and clean.
Didn't try the restaurant, but walked into Zaan Dam for breakfast at Lagom, which is just a few minutes away from the hotel. That said all the food looked very good.
When we go back to Amsterdam, this hotel will be on our radar for sure."

"This is an excellent facility for the Sloterdijk area. Very easy approach from the airport and the Central train station.
The breakfast is always sumptuous and a good variety.
More and better staff attention will be appreciated for isolated Incidents, like our sink clog. Even after we reported twice, no fix was arranged upto the time of our check out."
