"Not water front hotel. Annex one is remoteded from the main Hotel. No elevator to the third floor. No reception desk. Hard to check in. Almost one hour taken to check in and to find a place to park a car. No information given about where to park even if being asked.."

"Lovely stay. The staff was excellent and quick to check us and get us set up—the rooms were clean and quiet. The breakfast was delicious. As a person who travels to Amsterdam frequently, I will be returning to this hotel. "
"It was my first time using digital passkey so it was a little confusing but nice way of going in and out. The room was clean and subtle. Bathroom was really nice. We came late night it would have been nice to have free bottled water In the fridges just like the complementary tea/coffee is provided as the places.around the area is closed. Other than that, really nice. I didn’t like the pillow, it was too high, I’m not sure why it was so high and small. The room also has a controllable AC. We left the place and came back at night and our beds were redone and it was really nice. "
