i booked on line , they took all my credit card information, when i arrived, the motel was under different management, and i had no access to the room i had booked , the office was closed, and no one available to speak with, so i ended up going elsewhere and booking a room

Absolutely filthy. There are questionable characters that hang around the property. We checked in and upon entering our room we were hit with an awful odor. The room was tiny and not even close to what is pictured in their ads. There was dirt on the floor and hair on the pillow. We immediately left and demanded a full refund. They must know how disgusting their facility is because she did not argue and did process the refund. Stay away!

Glad it was was friend and I staying a night here because if I was with ny wife we wouod have been trying to book anoyher room. Smelt like cigarette ls in the room. Everything was sticky for some reason, the shower was so dirty I dint eveb want to use it.

AVOID
avoid! the rooms are small. The furniture is old and bulky. The microwave didn't work. Problems with hot water. The bath faucet has been broken. The staff is rough. For my question of why the things are in unusable condition, I got the answer- this is a cheap motel, not Hilton. The manager's name is Darline. Very unpolite lady.

Would not recommend. Homeless person parked his buggy under our window about 1 am and there was a big fight, yelling between other guests waking us up. RCMP was called. However if you want to.be close to downtown, location is ok.

We're sorry you were unhappy but if you booked without credit card. you should call us to let us know you the time you come. Many people booked without credit card and did not come. We lose the room if we keep it for you.

Confirmation numbers seem not to matter
I arrived at the motel only to find out that the room was rented to somebody that had no reservation. I had a confirmation number I had a reservation and they rented the last room to somebody just walking in. This is just a disgrace and I'm completely insulted.

Staff were friendly but the room appeared to have been occupied for months without ever being cleaned. I had to buy cleaning supplies, a blanket and pillow and spend an hour cleaning. Every surface, doors, furniture, walls, light switches, were sticky and black and covered in crumbs. Floors not swept, bed sheets not changed bathroom not cleaned

Our room was not cleaned before we got there. The previous guests food was still in the fridge. Linens were stained. There was dust coating the fridge and bedframe. Checkout was at 11am and we had hoped to speak to someone about our stay but the office does not open until 2pm.

Nobody to greet you upon arrival. There was a phone number to call for service. Took three phone calls before someone answered. Room was dirty, reeking of cigarette smoke. Refrigerator in room not working. Will not go back.

We came down from Ontario because my morher in law was going to have brain cancer.surgery. so obviouly we went to the hospital right away and stayed for a while. As in past motel stays there opwn to 11, well we had this booked. We got there at 10 office closed and dark, we tried phoning no answer. So we had to find another, we didn't really need this hassel. But obviously they didn't want our business.
