"Very charming place! Friendly staff and the room was very cozy. No air conditioning, but even with visiting in August it didnโ€™t bother me at all. I just opened a window. Nighttime temps at Mammoth are just fine even in summer. Close to several restaurants and stores. Great place to stay if youโ€™re exploring the area. Lots of parking available. It can suck to lug coolers and stuff up to the second floor (itโ€™s still bear country technically), but thatโ€™s about the only negative I can think of thatโ€™s not really the propertyโ€™s fault."

"Very nice and clean place in June lake with most rooms being full fledged apartments. we had a 1 bedroom lake facing place with full kitchen. It is a great place to stay, amenities included a ln outdoor hot tub and sauna, laundry and vending machines and game room with pool, table tennis and few other games. The rooms donโ€™t have AC (not that itโ€™s needed). Hanging out in hot tub outdoors and looking at the beautiful night sky full of stars was amazing. The staff was very kind and courteous. My only issue was that the bathroom vent fan didnโ€™t appear to work so the bathroom would get very foggy after shower. But other than that it was a fantastic experience staying here. Highly recommended."
