"Ruim, péssimo, sendo bem direto"

"Hotel bom, de frente pra praia com vista bonita e um pier particular para barcos. Quarto bom e bem limpo, ar condicionado bom, café da manhã simples, mas ok. Estacionamento dentro do hotel um pouco apertado, mas sempre tinha vaga, ou seja ok. Fica a 15 minutos de carro do centro de Angra, eh perto."

"Atendimento nota 10. Logo na chegada, o atendente Felipe percebeu que minha esposa é gestante e nos disponibilizou um quarto mais acessível. Ótimo atendimento no café e também durante o checkout."

"Incrível. Lugar maravilhoso para distração e divertimento! Recomendo para família, casais e amigos. Um clima maravilhoso, nem dá vontade de ir embora do chalé. Pessoal atencioso e prestativo. "

"The view is amazing, the cleanliness is good, the room size. I didn’t like the small unlit sign at the road, the dirty driveway is in poor conditions, no visibility on top of the hill plus big potholes, the property sits at a steep angle to the ocean requiring big steps stairs to access the room or the pool. "

"Amazing stay. Staff was very friendly and super helpful. Rooms were clean, good breakfast, and we could store our luggage at the front desk during the day which was nice!"

"Location is excellent, great breakfast and easy access to transportation and city center. However, property is outdated and in need of an upgrade. "

"Good location five minutes walk from the beach and dock. Check in was easy and the guy on reception very friendly. Room was a good size and clean with air conditioning. Bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Nice breakfast area and plenty of food to choose from. "

"O flat super equipadinho, com panelas, talheres, pratos, copos, xícaras e até pote plástico. O lugar é todo super limpo e muito confortável, além de ótima localização. É só atravessar a rua e você está na praia. A equipe de lá muito atenciosa tbm. Voltaremos com certeza."
