"The location was fantastic you are right in the old town, but you pay for it by having to park at the bottom and carry everything up 5 escalators and a 10 minute walk past the cathedral. "On the surface, our hotel room looked very modern and fancy, but once you took a closer look, the story was quite different. The carpet was covered in stains, there was mold around the air conditioning vent, and the sofa was practically falling apart. The TV in the room was also incredibly small – I’d guess there are tablets out there that are bigger. The hotel is located in a rather dull area, but if you’re driving an electric car, there’s a wealth of Tesla charging stations out back."

"We had an amazing and relaxing stay, it was the highlight of our trip! The views were spectacular. A very unique experience with amazing staff and food as well as a great wine selection. Dinner on sight was delicious. The town Panzano near by was quiet but had lots of restaurants and a quaint feel to it. Also check out the winery close by that is recommended by the hotel. Note: the area is accessible by bus from Florence but we would recommend a car as you can check out the sights a lot easier."
