"Check in started at 3pm, but my room wasn't ready until almost 6pm. That was only after I wanted my money back. They are understaffed, breakfast was limited, and poor customer service. The pool is the best thing about this place."

"Bathroom in Room 113 was horrendous! The bathtub/shower unit was all scratched and chipped. There was a used bar of soap and a shampoo container left in the shower and I found mold in the seams of the shower unit. If there was mold in this room how many others were that way? "
