"Really friendly staff. Delicious continental breakfast included with the room. The hotel is at the top of Riomaggiore, so plan on using the 2 elevators (free QR code provided by the hotel) to go down 2 levels to the train station and the water. Otherwise the road is very steep so expect being out of breath often. Room A/C was artic cold and the little private balcony terrace overlooking the town was a huge plus. Glad we drove over from France because we were able to take a side trip to Pisa...

"Communication was fabulous, from the day we booked right up to our arrival. This included suggestions and assistance to book our activities for the day after we arrived.
