"Staff was kind, nothing to say about it, but the room we got was not fantastic. We slept there but many things seemed missing or damaged, electrical device (light) were plugged incorrectly that the switch would cut off power to our phone charger but not the lamp? The bathroom had a awefull smell and the room had no real window. The only window had barely any light visible. On the booking it mentioned a โsauna/spaย ยป but it is not on site, it is โcloseโ but 35โฌ for 2 hoursโฆ Breakfast was not supposed to be included but they said it was, we went since it was included and that was really nice. It had a lot of stuff and the items were delicious. Buffet with bacon, pastry, good coffee and so much more."

"The hotel had so many nice amenities and our room was spacious and comfortable. We had a coffee machine in the room, and one of my favorite little conveniences was the USB ports strategically placed on both sides of the bedโno digging out the European adapters just to charge our phones! ๐๐ The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything and easy to walk just about anywhere."

"The location of the hotel is excellent - just a couple of minutes stroll from the Arena, in the centre of Verona and everything is nearby (including the tourist sightseeing bus). The hotel staff were polite and friendly. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Our room was small - but we had opted for the cheapest! It had a very small bathroom with a very small shower room which was impossible to use without flooding the room! There is an attached restaurant which is independent of the hotel - it's good, but expensive compared to others locally."

"This has been one of the loveliest and chic hotels I've ever stayed at. From the entrance they make a big impression. The rooms, the architecture, the restaurant and the designing pieces across the hotel made our stay special. The spa and pool facilities allowed us to disconnect completely from the world and enjoy every second of our stay. The only downside were the breakfast, with quite limited options and not enough signs and food labels. Definitely not at the standard of the hotel. Also, some staff members, especially at reception were quite unfriendly. During our checkin the first impression wasn't welcoming at all, but maybe they had a bad day. The rest of the staff were lovely."
