"Loved our stay here! Teresa’s place was stylish, personable, convenient, beautiful, cozy, authentic and welcoming. The view was amazing and breakfast superb. "This is a unique hotel, perched on the hilltop of Montesano village. It has old charm and lots of character. Our room was spacious and with castle-themed furniture. We had a private terrace patio which was huge and offered a spectacular view across the area. The girl at the reception, Elsa, was very kind and informative. We had dinner at the restaurant of the hotel and it was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is a hidden gem. Parking at the property is free."

"There was no place to check in. I went to the door that indicated it was a real estate office, which was the closest thing to an office. No one answered. Went three different times trying to get in. They have boarded windows. Never did see the inside of the place."

The dinner at the restaurant was one of if not the best we had in Italy. The room and bathroom were very clean. And tea and coffee were available in the room. Breakfast was also provided and was delicious. When we left, we were even given a nice parting gift. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. "
