The property was clean. To get to the actual lobby was strange. You park in the garage, you take an elevator down to the street level, you walk into the building, take the elevator up to the lobby, about 5 floors or so, check in, then up to you room which for us was 2 floors up. The elevator said floor 2, in reality we were 7 to 8 floors up. In my opinion, this is a safety hazard as you really don't know where in the building you are, which in case of a fire or emergency could be a problem. Their is not much privacy for the restroom as their is no real separation, it is glass doors and open at the top, with no vents. Though the hotel was nice, I would not stay here again unless I was staying solo.

Hotel limpio y buenas instalaciones. Las calles alrededor un poco oscuras pero el ambiente es seguro. A una cuadra estan las oficinas consulares USA por lo que durante la mañana habra gente en los alrededores. El personal amable. Atento, excelente servicio. El menu del restaurante un poco limitado pero todo es fresco, limpio y de buena calidad. Lo recomiendo. Esta cerca de la macroplaza asi quebtienes opciones tanto de museos, restaurantes y area de shopping

Los baños son semitransparentes y las puertas no cierran, solo se corren. Además de que están casi abriendo la puerta. También son tres elevadores y tienen descuidada la recepción del primer piso, por lo que te pierdes. El estacionamiento también es impractico. Toman tu auto y lo dejan encajonado, además de que no tienen tus llaves rápido.

No había nadie en entrada x lo que tuvimos que preguntar con alguien de a lado, no encontrábamos el estacionamiento el cual está en otro edificio adjunto, tienes que bajar de un elevador del estacionamiento y subir a otro del hotel, tuvimos que andar buscando quien nos levantara la pluma pa salir, no hubo agua caliente, salió sucia el agua me dijeron q xq estaban purgando la bomba. El hotel está bien ubicado si vas al CAS te queda a 100 metros

El cuarto lo cobraron dos adultos y dos menores donde supuestamente tendría una cama matrimonial y un sillón cama y cuando entramos solo tenía un sillón común, sin sábanas ni cobijas, el bufete que supuestamente venía incluido PÉSIMO no había nada, todo frío y solo tenían comida a la venta exageradamente caro, el comedor súper sucio por qué no había más que una personas que era la que te antendia e iba por la comida, nunca recogieron los platos sucios de ninguna mesa. El estacionamiento te tienes que ir a otra parte del edificio súper complicado para llegar al hotel
