We were thoroughly impressed with the accommodating staff even when we panicked to get a cab. The room was the only perfect size for us and it was very clean, comfortable and spacious compared to other ones we stayed at. Enjoyed all the amenities and making us feel at home even for a brief stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Easy access to family mart and with Aeon supermarket next door is super convenient. Coin laundry is just 2mins walk is awesome as well. Hotel staff is helpful and very responsive to deal with clogged toilet situation

Great location as it’s very close to the train station and there’s a 24/7 supermarket just next to it. Area isn’t too busy and loud at night, which is great. Would love to stay here again!

Hotel is clean and bed is comfortable. On rainy date, umbrellas are placed in lobby for us to borrow..very thoughtful! Steps away from metro Y line exit 2 and supermarket next door. Walking distance to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. Lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood.
